Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the data you leave on kokoszko.pl - mainly through the contact form.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Maksymilian Kokoszko. For any data matter, email maxcorpbs@gmail.com or call +48 570 057 399.
What I collect and why
The contact form collects your name or company name, phone number, email address, the type of enquiry and, if you provide them, your energy cost or connection capacity and a description of your situation. Together with the message, the form service records your IP address, browser information and the page the form was sent from. This technical data is used to filter out spam.
I use the form data to reply to your enquiry, prepare an initial analysis or proposal and arrange a call. I treat data from emails or phone calls the same way when you contact me directly.
Legal bases:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - my legitimate interest: replying to enquiries from companies and their staff, protecting the form from spam and keeping the site secure.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without a phone number or email address, however, I cannot reply.
Who receives the data
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) - website hosting and form handling. Netlify processes the data on my behalf.
- Google - the email inbox where enquiries arrive and from which I reply.
- Installation company - if your enquiry leads to an installation proposal, I will pass on the data needed to prepare it to the company that issues it. I will always tell you before I do.
I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Netlify and Google may process data in the USA. The basis is the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795) for companies that have joined it, or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
How long I keep the data
If our conversation does not lead to a contract - up to 12 months from our last contact, including in the form service. After that, I delete it.
If we sign a contract - for the duration of the contract, then for as long as tax and accounting rules require, or until contractual claims become time-barred.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- have your data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- data portability - where the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- object - where the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Just email maxcorpbs@gmail.com. I will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your country of residence.
I do not make automated decisions or use profiling.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and scripts are served from the same server, so your browser does not connect to third-party providers.
When you choose a language or close the language suggestion, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage (localStorage). This stays on your device and is not sent to me. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Like any hosting provider, Netlify processes your IP address and technical connection data to display the site and protect it from attacks.
Changes
If the way I process data changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
